Description
This tender was carried out as a further competition under the NEUPC's framework agreement for Training Services Providers PFB2002NE (Lot 2). As an initial requirement under this contract - the University required a Senior Leader Development Programme for the group of leaders who directly report to the University Leadership Team (ULT) and have significant cross-institutional leadership responsibility. This group consists of approximately 60 people in total. In order to deliver the "Transforming Lives" University Strategy we need leadership which enables staff to deliver by setting the right expectations and building the right culture. We know cultural change is the most difficult and often most neglected element of strategy implementation and the responsibility for this falls to all our senior leaders. This programme will help leaders understand and meet that challenge. Outcomes will be improvements in the following areas; leadership performance, strengthened leadership competence, building new cultures and collaborative leadership. The service to be provided, as a result of this tender, will be as specified in the tender documents
