Abbotts Avenue West - Pre Construction

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified Main Contractor to undertake an initial preconstruction services agreement prior to a potential single stage Design and Build fixed price contract, for the demolition of the existing structures and the design, construction of a residential development of up to 5nr 3-bed units, including associated parking and amenity space.
