COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAMME - Point of Care Systems Data Capture

Build and run of a clinical data capture system for use at COVID-19 vaccination sites within all NHSE Regions excluding London. This system will be used at Mass, Mobile and Roving vaccination deployment sites to capture non-clinical and clinical data about the individual vaccinated. It is also likely to be used at PCN and Community Pharmacy sites as these are introduced into the deployment models. Includes delivery of the run service for up to 12 months
