Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

The Council is re-procuring the following subscriptions: Unit4 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Unit4 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Success4U customer success services. The package also includes HeyCentric. The Council is unable to conduct a competitive procurement exercise for this requirement at this time due its involvement in the ongoing Local Government Reorganisation process. The additional time is required to properly scope out the requirement for the replacement Authority or Authorities. This cannot be completed prior to any decision on the structure of Local Government in Warwickshire and therefore a direct award is required to cover the transition period and allow the new Authority or Authorities to conduct the appropriate procurement exercise.
