IA2816 Contract for the Provision of a School Holiday Programme

South Staffordshire District Council ("SSDC") operates four Leisure Centres. At three of the four SSDC has a wish to provide a holiday programme to young people. For a number of years SSDC's Leisure Services have run a successful holiday programme under the 'SUSSED' banner and, more recently, in partnership with another organisation under the 'Good Life' brand. SSDC is now looking to test the market to ensure best value. As such, it is now looking to refresh and deliver an innovative and exciting new dry side based holiday programme. SSDC will retain control of its learn to swim activities; although some access to swimming pools can be arranged to accommodate fun activities. If pool(s) are used then SSDCs adult/child ratios and NOP requirements must be observed.
