SEND Process Redesign

The Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) service needs some external support to review and improve its finance processes, which have been causing ongoing problems. This work will result in more efficient and effective processes that will reduce the issues of incorrect payments made to suppliers and families. This work needs someone with strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities services and how the public sector operates, who can help plan and run the work to improve how these processes function in practice.
