GB-London: Further Competition (RFQ) for General Legal and Procurement Advice (Under CCS RM6240 Lot 1a)

The provision of legal advice relating to: •general procurement and contract matters including the implementation of the new public contracting regulations (PCR); •interpretation of Local Audit related legislation, ie Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014, the Local Audit (Appointing Person) Regulations 2015 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015; and •the Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
