East Cornwall Innovation Centre Demand Assessment

Cornwall Council are looking to commission an independent assessment of the feasibility of an innovation centre in East Cornwall. Key requirements of the study are: - • Establish whether demand exists • Consider impact on existing provision • Assess and recommend most appropriate location/site • Make a proposal on size and scale • Identify sector focus The assessment will conclude with recommendations regarding whether an innovation centre is feasible, and if so, where it could be located.
