Recovery and Outreach Mental Health Service

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS South Tees Clinical Commissioning Group (STEES CCG) propose to commission a Recovery and Outreach Mental Health service covering the whole of the STEES CCG locality. The service will be available to all patients registered with a GP in the South Tees CCG area and also to all residents in the Redcar & Cleveland and Middlesbrough council areas who may be registered with a GP in another CCG area.
