THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE The flat roofs at Arpley Street Police Station have reached their end of life and require total removal of existing and replacement with a suitable flat roof system, including removal and elimination of redundant glazed rooflights, removal and replacement of lantern lights over leaded roof domes with UPVC conservatory style lanterns, all necessary access equipment and edge protection etc. Works should commence no later than Monday 10th June 2024 and be completed by Friday 19th July 2024.
