Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL) has a requirement to procure a winter maintenance service inclusive of gritting and snow clearing operations at one of its main sites, Darlington Memorial Hospital, during the operating period. An effective winter maintenance gritting and snow clearing service is essential to the safe and efficient delivery of our healthcare services and for the health, safety and security of our patients, staff and visitors. Bad weather and road conditions can lead to delays and hazards for our service users.
