Wigan Council: Legionella - risk assessments and monitoring including thermostatic mixing valve servicing on Wigan Council controlled building portfolio

Wigan Council intends to procure a contractor to carry out legionella risk assessments and monitoring, including TMV servicing, shower head cleaning etc. on the Council's portfolio of buildings. The contract length is 3 years with an optional extension of an additional 1 year, therefore maximum length of contract is 4 years.
