Funding Consultants Panel Framework

From time to time Lancaster City Council bids for external funding in order to implement its Council and Economic Plans via a range of priority developments. To assist in achieving the best possible results and to manage resources cost effectively, the Council is looking to establish a small panel of consultants to provide additional skilled capacity to develop quality bids as relevant funding becomes available.
