The delivery of Grounds Maintenance Services at the properties set out in appendix 1 to the Invitation to Tender (ITT), to the standard and frequency set out in appendix 2, of the ITT. There are 78 properties included in the contract split into 2 lots. GIS mapping has been carried out; the individual site maps and a detailed bill of quantities are available.
