Shared Cost AVCs

Southend-on-Sea City Council are looking to introduce Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) via salary sacrifice for employees who are members of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS). The scheme offers significant financial benefits to both employees and the organisation, including tax and National Insurance savings and supports employee financial wellbeing as well as long-term retention and engagement.
