Description
The London Borough of Enfield's Healthy Streets scheme is looking for a provider of digital engagement software. We are looking to improve how we deliver engagement online, including statutory consultations. Enfield Council is seeking the services of a digital engagement software provider for engagement on a range of initiatives and schemes. It is important to us that this platform: • can host multiple projects under an unlimited project license • offers engagement and information tools that are easy to use, accessible, and enable us to create robust engagement project pages • offers a visual and fun way for people to have their say • is able to be integrated and/or branded in line with our Cycle Enfield programme website • has mobile and tablet capabilities • provides raw data downloads in Excel format • offers our team 'administrator' access to the portal. Deliverables for this tender: • quote for engagement software offering us a 10-month unlimited project license, with the opportunity to extend the license • training for our team on use of the software • set up of administrators • site design support • ongoing support throughout the license. Quotes should clearly indicate costs for each specification requirement as well as the additional cost, if any, for extra options.
