Grace's Playground, Ilmington

Ilmington Parish Council wishes to procure the services of a suitable contractor to undertake the design, manufacture and construction necessary to replace play equipment that has reached the end of its life. The Works also include provision of safety surfacing and removal and disposal of existing equipment. The Council envisages that for funding reasons the Works will be undertaken in two discrete phases. The construction and installation of Phase 1 shall be second quarter 2023 with completion target of the end of June 23. The construction and installation of Phase 2 shall be second quarter 2024 with completion prior to the end of April 24. To apply, the Tenderer shall provide a comprehensive description of his proposals for the Works including sketch details and illustrative photos of the equipment proposed, together with a priced and signed copy of the completed tender document.
