ITEP1154 Operational Technology Strategic Review Support Services

National Highways has awarded a contract for the provision of Operational Technology Strategic Review Support Services. The contract is for external specialist consultancy and strategic advisory support to undertake a structured review of the National Highways Operational Technology operating model. The scope includes assessment of lifecycle controls, governance arrangements, organisational accountabilities, performance management, risk baselining, and capability maturity across operational technology services. The review will provide an assured baseline and evidence based recommendations to support organisational transition into RIS3 and to support safety, reliability, resilience, and digital service performance.
