The objective of this procurement is to appoint suitably qualified partner to provide high‑quality, secure, and reliable support and development services for PHG's Microsoft Dynamics 365 while maintaining continuity of service and enabling controlled enhancement. Specifically, the procurement seeks to ensure: Stable and resilient support arrangements across D365 CE / Power Platform Controlled delivery of enhancements aligned to PHG standards and governance. Effective mobilisation and transition from incumbent suppliers if required. Clear accountability, performance management, and value for money over the contract term.
