Description
Bridgend County Borough Council wishes to award the Framework Agreement for the provision of Regulated Care at Home Services. The Authority is dedicated to helping individuals who have been assessed as having care and support needs to live as independently as possible, for as long as they can within their own homes and communities. Domiciliary Care, also known as Care at Home supports individuals with eligible needs to receive assistance in their own home environment. This assistance may include support from domiciliary care workers with tasks such as personal care, support with meals and other activities of daily living that help, encourage and promote individuals maintain both independence and quality and enjoyment of life. This framework will be for the period 1st April 2026 to the 31st March 2028 initially (with the option to extend by a further 24 months and an additional 24 months thereafter), to 16 regulated care at home providers
