Surrey Police is looking to engage an organisation which can offer evidence-based approach to help the organisation develop both its employee value proposition and employer brand strategy to improve attraction, engagement, and retention across the force. We may also look for the engaged organisation to fulfil the creative and tactical delivery of the strategy.
