Roofing and Pointing 2021/2022

This contract is for the refurbishment of 305 properties. The works will consist of roofing, pointing, scaffolding, asbestos removal, loft insulation, renewal of rainwater goods and building plastics. The works will be delivered by individual Roofing, Pointing and Asbestos removal contractors. Work items to be priced by each contractor are clearly identified within the pricing document. The following combination of the Roofing and Pointing elemental renewals are to be delivered by this contract: - Roofing only - Pointing only - Roofing and Pointing combined.
