Description
The Energy Saving Trust is looking to appoint a framework of contractors to provide multi-disciplinary technical advice services to applicant organisations to assist them in the progression of projects funded through the Scottish Government’s Community and Renewable Energy Scheme (CARES). The Energy Saving Trust are seeking to directly procure technical advice services in support of CARES applicants, to increase the Scheme’s capacity to support the mobilisation of community based projects and ensure best value in service delivery. It is anticipated that the services will be provided by multiple suppliers appointed to this Framework Agreement on a Call Off basis
