Description
Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association wishes to establish a three year non-binding framework agreement with the option in year three to extend the framework period by up to a further twelve months, subject to continued satisfactory performance reviews. Works will be let via a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 with standard amendments. The opportunity has been sub divided into four lots as detailed below, the estimated value relates to the maximum four year term. Lot 1 - Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and Associated Works - GBP 1,225,000 Lot 2 - Boiler Replacements and Associated Works - GBP 700,000 Lot 3 - Electrical Rewires and Associated Works - GBP 270,000 Lot 4 - Installation of Windows and Doors - GBP 210,000 A maximum of three contractors will be appointed for Lot 1 and Lot 2 and a maximum of two contractors will be appointed for Lot 3 and Lot 4.
