The General Dental Council (GDC) recognises the importance of listening to and acting on employee feedback as a critical driver of organisational success. To support this, we have awarded a contract for the delivery of Employee Engagement Survey programme. The awarded supplier will be responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery and analysis of the GDC’s employee engagement survey making it inclusive, accessible and compliant with all relevant data protection and ethical standards.
