Description
Service to provide a cost effective and clinically robust remote self-sampling and HIV testing service for sexually active individuals aged 16 years and over. The contract also includes an option to add-on syphilis testing and the supply of offline kits at the Authority's request. The service will provide signposting to free services for prevention and onward referral for treatment and care following diagnosis. The service will operate at no financial expense to the Service User and will run independently from all other STI home/remote sampling services. This contract has been called-off from Framework 3173_19A HIV Self Sampling Service and sets out the scope of the service in the geographical area of Hampshire County Council, for use by the Authority outside of centrally funded national campaigns.
