ENQ812 - Family Group Conferencing

Facilitate and deliver high quality Family Group Conferencing in Derby, in accordance with the identified policies, practice standards and aims of the FGC Service  Promote, support and use of the FGC service at the earliest intervention stage  Contribute towards cost avoidance by carrying out FGC at the earliest intervention stage Carry out FGC as a means of aiding families not going further in to the care process Promote and develop Derby's FGC service within a framework of equality of opportunity that responds appropriately to the needs of individual families from diverse backgrounds  Promote a strengths-based family model of working in all aspects of the FGC process  Manage an average of 4/5 referrals a month and aim to manage a minimum of 50 throughout the Contract.
