Description
The National Coal Mining Museum for England is aware of the need to ensure the health and wellbeing of all of our guides and guest critical staff, in order to ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience for our guests. In line with our objectives we will look to appoint a contractor to conduct Safety Critical Worker (SCW) medical fitness assessments, covering general health assessments, height, weight, BMI, ophthalmic and audiometric assessments, drug and alcohol screening, spirometry and urinalysis as required. As the site is part of the National Coal Mining Museum for England visitors and guests may be on site so any solution must bear that in mind. We will welcome proposals involving on site or off site solutions, from GP Federations or Health and Wellbeing centres both public and private in nature. We invite suppliers, contractors and interested organisations to advise us as to costs, expected achievements and translation estimates - grounded in factual analysis and projections - of what could be expected through any health assessments thus undertaken.
