Catalyst Housing Group Limited (CHL) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide cleaning & concierge services located at Greenfield Sheltered Housing development. The service will be delivered at the following address: Greenfields, Theedway (off Billington Road), Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 9SP. Greenfields is a specialist housing development designed and built as a sheltered housing facility for mature customers aged 55 and over. The development is situated in the parish Leighton-Linslade, and offers 82 one and two bedroom apartments which offer independent living to its residents, in addition to onsite facilities such as a lift, lounge, restaurant (open to the public), Café, hair and beauty salon, guest facilities, hobby room. The facility is supported by a concierge service which helps to provide discrete security to add peace of mind. The contract will be for 3 with the possibility of a further extension of two (1+1) years.
