Hampshire Library Service Digital Content (eBooks, eAudiobooks, ePress)

Hampshire County Council h's Library Service has awarded a contract to Bolinda UK Ltd to provide an eBook, eAudiobooks and ePress service to Hampshire residents. Library authorities have a statutory duty under the Public Libraries and Museums Act 1964 to provide a comprehensive and efficient library service for all persons who live, work or study in the area . "e" titles are included as a statutory provision. This has been procured via a Direct Award from ESPO Framework 376E_24, Lot 1.5, for a term of 2 years plus an extension of 1 year (3 years in total).
