Provision of an IT Managed Service (TEN-2223-005)

This contract is for the provision of an IT Managed Service to cover significant aspects of Nest's IT support, including but not limited to: - End user support - End user device management - System operations management and monitoring - Security management - Some third party licence management - Network infrastructure management - Hardware asset management - Software asset management The requirement is focused on Nest Corporation's Head Office IT estate. The contract has been awarded as a result of running a further competition under framework agreement CCS Technology Services 3 (RM6100).
