VSO International - Media Buying Services

VSO is the world's leading development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty. We are running a tender process with the intention of awarding a Framework Agreement to either one or two organisations for the provision of media buying services that will help increase awareness of VSO globally and support the recruitment of: a) UK based youth volunteers (aged 18-25yrs) to take part in 10-12 week development projects overseas b) Professional volunteers from anywhere in the world - with medical, education or business backgrounds - to take part in long term (typically 1-2 year) development projects overseas We are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified organisations, who can plan and deliver high quality, innovative and data-driven campaigns across multiple channels at a competitive price. We would welcome applications from agencies who wish to provide either one or both of the above areas of the business (i.e. Youth or Professional volunteer recruitment). Anticipated Agreement start date: September 2017. Agreement(s) will be awarded for a period of one year with the option to extend on a yearly basis to a maximum total contract period of 4 years.
