Wordsworth Grasmere Business Planning Consultant

The Wordsworth Trust is looking to appoint a Business Planning Consultant to review and update its current business plan. As part of its Reimagining Wordsworth project the Trust commissioned consultants to write a seven-year business plan for the organisation (2018-2025). It was always our intention (and a requirement of our NLHF funding) to review the business plan prior to the completion of Reimagining Wordsworth. The onset of COVID-19 has increased both the urgency for and scope of this review. The Trust requires a financially sustainable business plan covering the period [2021-2025]. See brief attached.
