Description
The Authority currently owns approximately 2400 assets of various types including office buildings, beaches, harbours, toilets, parks, cafes, car parks and sports assets. Torbay Economic Development Company Ltd trading as TDA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Authority, is the Authority's agent in managing the property assets. The TDA owns approximately 120 assets and also manages a number of assets for other organisations. This number can fluctuate. The Authority has a requirement for an externally hosted Asset Management system to include functionality for a Facilities Management module.
