Description

Greater Manchester Police has developed a "Developing Diverse Leaders Programme" which will support the retention and progression strategy with the ultimate aim of having a more representative workforce across all ranks and grades for both Police Officers and Police Staff. The Developing Diverse Leaders programme is designed to build confidence and encourage engagement with the promotion process as well as supporting a coaching relationship with an experienced and qualified external coach. GMP requires the services of one or more providers to support this programme. There are 2 elements of the programme which have been considered as separate lots in this invitation to tender. • Lot 1 - Promotion processes to Chief Superintendent level and Superintendent. • Lot 2 - Promotion processes to Chief Inspectors level.
