Provision of Healthcare, Death in Service Benefit & Accident Cover

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) intends to tender for the Provision of Healthcare, Death in Service Benefit & Accident Cover. Healthcare (95 Staff) - insurance against the risk of incurring medical expenses for individuals, plus when appropriate partners and/or families. Death in Service Benefit (127 staff) - Life assurance provided, against the risk of contracting fatal illnesses or accidents, or death whilst in the employ of DVLA. Accident cover (134 Staff) - insurance against the risk of incurring medical expenses for individuals, plus when appropriate partners and/or families, following an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury.
