Provision of pre site investigation reports and surveys

The Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced persons to conduct a variety of preliminary site surveys and investigation works for potential social housing development sites across the Borough of Harrogate. At this stage specific sites have not been identified, however as a guideline previous sites have generally been brown field garage sites which are compact and within established high-medium density residential developments or existing domestic gardens
