Practice Vacancy - Weelsby View Health Centre Grimsby - APMS Contract

NHS England (North) Yorkshire and Humber are accountable for the provision of local GP practice services in the North Yorkshire and Humber area. Under the co-commissioning arrangements CCGs have delegated responsibility and together with NHS England wish to procure the following practice in the North Lincolnshire area.NHS England (North) Yorkshire and Humber is proposing to commission an APMS contract which is currently delivered from the Weelsby View Health Centre, Ladysmith Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN32 9SW. It will be a requirement that the services are offered from these premises.The aim of the service is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to the registered patients of the practice.The commencement date for the practice will be 10.8.2016.
