Award notice only - Emergency cover for Groceries including any Frozen Foods

AWARD ONLY Due to the termination of the current Frozen Food contract by mutual agreement. The Authority requires the emergency supply of Groceries and Frozen Food across the Authority for business continuity and supplying all the school meals across the Borough with free school meals and prepaid school meals as well as supply of school meals outside of the Borough within current contracts. A procurement solution was agreed involving Procurement, Legal and Catering. This is an emergency award to enable a further emergency tender process to be undertaken with the initial Tendering suppliers involved in the initial procurement.
