Tender for the Provision of Housing First Dispersed Accommodation and Support for Vulnerable Adults with Complex Needs - AWARD

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is seeking a provider to deliver a Housing First Pilot. An announcement has been made that the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) has received funding to deliver a Housing First Pilot. It is envisaged that the pilot will provide 225 tenancies per year for the period 1st July 2019- 31st March 2021 with a further two years of legacy support up until 31st March 2023. The WMCA has allocated £963,113 to Sandwell to facilitate up to 20 tenancies per year.
