ALDINE HOUSE WAVE 3 REFURBISHMENTS

The project comprises the refurbishment of multiple areas within Aldine House Secure Childrens Home. There are six refurbishment and upgrade projects within Aldine House which are all included within this tender: • Classroom Refurbishments • Gym Refurbishment • Courtyard Soft Pour Replacement • Recreation Room Refurbishment • Main Kitchen Refurbishment • Garage, Reception and Admissions Refurbishments Works primarily include decoration and replacement of floor coverings but there is also work to replace some external doors, courtyard surfacing and other fittings within the home.
