Description

In accordance with paragraph 3.4 of the instructions to Participate (ITP) Suppliers who have been successful in being admitted onto the Framework are being invited to submit tenders for the following initial call off contracts for Integrated Floating support. The aim of the service is to support people with a history of rough sleeping, or at risk of rough sleeping, to make positive moves towards maintaining settled accommodation and achieving an improved quality of life The purpose of the service is to enable people, often entrenched in a rough sleeping lifestyle, to take up the opportunity of a more settled way of life within their own accommodation. The service will enable people to establish and maintain a tenancy and wherever possible make a successful transition to independent living regardless of initial level of need. Support will primarily be delivered to people in their own accommodation in the community which can include temporary accommodation The proposed terms of the contract is for the initial period of 3 years with a possible extension of 2 years making a total term of 5 years The annual value of the contract is £687,700 per year Suppliers should submit their tenders by the tender closing date.
