STA - Architect Fees MT fire Safety project

The above support was included within the awarded contract C/Ref 00000176, however due to delays to undertake this phase of works within that contract and the fact the costs of the overall construction works for the project increased beyond expected; the cost of the consultant fees subsequently increased beyond the allowance within the contract.
