Highways Framework Call-Off - Whiterock EPIC Access Road

The works comprise of re-aligning Waddeton Close. The new alignment will provide vehicle and pedestrian access to the proposed EPIC Centre, the Lidl development and existing Premier Inn. The new carriageway and footway will be constructed part over the existing carriageway, and part over the adjacent field. Existing trees and shrubs within the works area will be cut down to ground level prior to the contractor starting on site.
