Mobile Voice and Data (Vodafone network)

Acquisition of mobile telephony and data services using any network that is NOT EE, as DVSA has already contract in place for mobile telephony with provider covering EE network. The requirement is for 1000 mixed connections of voice & data or data only. Crown Commercial Service Framework Ref: RM3808 Network Services 2 was used for the Direct Award exercise. Desktop analysis has been performed to compare available offers. Direct Award process was chosen due to limited time available to put this new, 2 years plus 1 year possible extension, contract in place.
