Repair and Refurbishment to External Areas at Bill Sargent Crescent

VIVID wish to employ a Principal Contractor to carry out the repair and refurbishment of external areas to Blocks 1 & 2 of flats at Bill Sargent Crescent in Portsmouth. The nature of the works include replacement of timber balcony decking, installation of new balcony soffit, rust repairs to structure of balconies and cracking remediation.
