Milkwood Publishing Ltd - IT System

Milkwood Publishing need to upgrade their current IT system to a fully integrated real-time computer solution to handle all of its day-to-day business operations. There will also be a requirement to upgrade some of the hardware infrastructure to give sufficient server capacity for the new system. As a business we identified that our IT systems have to be reviewed to meet our predicted growth targets, it is envisaged that the company will benefit from improved lead time and efficiencies as well as increased productivity. The purchase of this system is part of a grant funded application process and therefore procurement will be subject to grant approval of the project as a whole. We will compare tenders received on a capability vs. cost basis; our decision will also take into account additional factors such as capacity and delivery timescales.
