Description
In this instance, ESPO is working on behalf of Leicestershire County Council to undertake a procurement process to identify and appoint 5 Providers to deliver Supported Living Services. The Service will be delivered to Individuals who are aged 18 and above who are eligible for Adult Social Care support from the Authority following an assessment of their needs. The Framework is to be used for those Individuals who opt for a Council managed budget. The Council requires that Providers deliver a progressive model of Supported Living. A single Provider will be appointed to each lot, but may use sub-contracting arrangements to fulfil individual requirements. A Provider can only be awarded one of the five lots as a lead provider but can also be a sub-contracting partner for another lot. Supported Living Services. The framework shall be primarily established for the use of Leicestershire County Council, but in addition to this it will be available for use by Leicester City Council, West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group. The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
