Modular Builds at Glover Street, Stafford

Glover Street Travellers site is located at the North end of Stafford town and has provision for up to 12 pitches. Currently only four of these pitches are occupied with the remaining eight currently vacant. The units are in a reasonable condition and a buy back option is requested as part of this specification. The existing utility blocks on site are approximately 20 years old and require replacement. The units contain a shower and toilet area separated from a utility area. All 12 units will require replacement. Options for both Anti-vandal and Jackleg units should be provided as part of this specification.
