Rewires Programme 2022/23

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified contractor to replace the wiring within 431 no. general needs properties to be delivered over a period of 2 years. Please note this number may reduce if properties included on the programme become void during the contract period. Properties are to include- o 1 Bedroom Flat / Bungalow no.11 o 2 Bedroom Flat / Bungalow no.29 o 2 Bedroom House no.66 o 3 Bedroom House no.310 o 4 Bedroom House no.15 Works are to take place between the hours 8-5 Monday to Friday, 8-1 Saturday, with the option of a late evening appointment. We anticipate the project will commence 30th January 2023 and be complete by 31st July 2024
